My fees are simple flat rate service fees, no hourly rates. Fees are only due when repairs are complete.
Standard Repair Fees:
Desktop Repairs - $80
Laptop Repairs - $80-$120
Macs - $160-$200
Other Services:
New Custom PC Build Fee - $120
Simple Repairs and Hardware Upgrades - $40-$60
Data Services (transfer, recovery, forensic removal) - $60
In-Home/On-Site Service - $120 Flat Rate
Pick up and Drop off fee - $20 Per Trip
Parts:
There are no mark-ups on parts. Customers are free to purchase their own parts. I will guide you to the parts you need if you prefer to purchase them yourself.
