My Story
I’ve been interested in computers since I was a kid. I started tinkering with my parents PC and eventually learned how to upgrade it. That lead me to learn how to build my own PC, then building PCs for friends, and eventually landing jobs with computer repair companies, PC manufacturers, and in home service providers. At one time, I was the manager of the assembly department at Digital Storm, and I carry the skills and knowledge from that experience with me in my custom-built PCs.
I’ve built up a lot of experience working on PCs over many years. I enjoy helping people with their PC issues and giving customers a way to get in direct contact with a repair technician instead of having to go through a sales team. I believe PC repair is a simple task that should have simple fees with no surprises. Customers shouldn’t have to pay upfront fees for diagnostics just to find out what real repairs will cost. I stive to provide simple and honest service to all my customers at all times.

Brian was able to bring my laptop back from the brink of death and did it in less time than he originally estimated! His rates are very reasonable, but I would’ve been willing to pay double for how much he helped me. He’s just not the kind of guy that will accept any more than he originally quoted you. He also gave me some good advice and researched some issues I was having with another unit.
He really seems to like what he does and knows his stuff. Don’t waste your time with the Nerd Herd or whatever you call it at the BB stores. They take way too long, charge too much and half the time can’t really fix the problem.
